I’m a bilingual LPC Associate, supervised by Ingrid Pedre LPC-S and owner of Conejo Counseling, LLC. I work with young adults through the lifespan individually and with couples. I cover topics mostly related to depression, anxiety, stress, communication, sex and sexuality, and LGBTQIA+ topics. I aim to find where a client is and where they would like to go while exploring the various "rabbit holes" along the way. Like a GPS, without identifying where we are beginning it’s impossible to provide a way.
